Smart cooling system

To enlarge the stability and lifetime of the LCD screen, we built smart high-power cooling fan group inside the totem to keep the temperature in a suitable range, which can avoid the overheat inside the machine.

With air-conditioner for cooling and heating, it will allow the machine work normally within environment temperature between -40-60ºC

What is DMS?

Star Vision Device Monitoring and Control System combine varies sensors to our smart board, and collect device's real time performance data from the outdoor digital signages, or outdoor LED displays, allows media owners to monitor real time performance data and control the screens remotely through a web base dashboard.

What does DMS do ?


With wifi or 4G communication, DMS shows real time performance of all of the devices in 24/7, operation team can see all datas in one single web base dashboard, or receive emails alert. Send maintenance team directly to the device with already knowing the defective reasons, and already have a solution, It will save huge amount of money for media owners. Keep the screen always on.

Yes, customized logo service is available.
 
4. What about the payment terms?
30% in advanced, balance before shipment.
 
5. How do you pack the products?
Wooden case on pallet, which is easy to load and unload from the container, and protect the products well no matter by sea or by air.
 
6.How do you support us for use of the products?
We will send Installation drawing to client, and video call, phone services, email support are always available, and if necessary our engineer can visit client to guide how to install the products and train your team how to use our products, ticket, training and accommodations charges on client side.
 
7. What is the guarantee time?
The guarantee time is 1 year, and it can be extends to 3 years on extra charges, during guarantee period , we can repair or change defective components for client free of charge, however, delivery cost of sending components are on both side.
